Founder and Director of Globe-Trotter, Marc-André Plouffe, is in charge of everything that is related to the management of the company. He collaborates with the different departments by establishing their objectives and their management policies. He also takes care of the sales in the francophone markets.

Charles Masson:

Charles Masson is in charge of marketing and sales development. Among others, one of his main duties is to adapt our marketing plan to the non-francophone markets. He also represents Globe-Trotter in several tourism industry marketplaces such as ITB (Berlin), Spotlight (London), Rendez-Vous Canada, OQM and many more.

Judith Potvin:
Marketing and of the relations with the French speaking markets

Judith Potvin is in charge of marketing and of the relations with the French speaking markets. With over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, she passed the last 3 years in Paris where she worked as a Product Manager and as a Reservation Manager for a French tour operator. Her main task will be to reinforce and to further develop our French-European / Canadian links.

Pascal Hamel:
Charge of our group department and is our chief buyer

Pascal Hamel, Previously working for Tours Chanteclerc, Pascal Hamel is now in charge of our group department and is our chief buyer. With over 10 years experience in the tourism industry, Pascal has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Canadian destination. Considering that he is used to manage a large number of groups and that he has dealt with hundreds of suppliers in the past, it goes without saying that he represents an important asset in our operation team.

Cristina Miranda:
FIT Reservation Department

Cristina Miranda is in charge of our FIT Reservation Department. She previously worked several years for the Canadian receptive division of Nouvelles-Frontières where she has done the same job. She is well organized and her extensive knowledge of the territory makes Cristina the ideal person to deal with your requests.

Danny Kronstrom:

Danny Kronstrom is in charge of our high-tech reservation system (intern and IGLOBE) and he has the responsibility of integrating our products into it. Moreover, he is in charge of our websites and graphist.
